Maybe? Some tracks first certain packages better than others. For example, Xfinity sucks at Atlanta, but Cup is pretty good there. Cup sucks at other tracks where Xfinity is pretty good. They should run a triple double header where each series runs one race at IRP and one at IMS to find what packages work where.

I know of a dozen people who bought one and a bunch of different flavor packs at the same time, tried each flavor once, threw out most of them, bought a single refill of the flavor they liked most, then got lax on cleaning it after each batch (because they were doing the same flavor every time anyway).
