If you have a history of cheating you will always be suspicious in peoples eyes, that just how it is. When russians are let back into cross country skiing and if they do astonishing feats everyone will be extremely skeptical about it. Do you think she’s happy being a competitor at 12 years old? That aside, wouldn't a 12 year old be training full on if she wants to be an Olympian regardless of if she's in the World Championships or not? Seems it would be pretty important for your development to be training to the max at the start of puberty.
