Back a year ago when Madrid won the CL, Courtois spent most of the season out injured, he also spent part of the season injured before that, its not that he's not worthy of the award because of his skill but rather that he needs to stay fit for more games, thats all the reason i can find as to why he cant get it.

The key issue with this is that clubs with managers obsessed with sucking Guardiola's dick (which there are far too many of, alongside his ball boys like Arteta and Maresca) dont want a keeper who can save goals, they want keepers who play with their feet like an extra ball playing CB who happens to grab balls with his hands sometimes which is why retards like Ederson manage to make a living despite being shit at shot stopping, penalties, etc.
