First you'll have to get in front of your PC or your phone. Then you'll have to turn on your PC or your phone. georginio is classically a right winger or a number 8, both of which come under midfielders. However, brighton already has a couple of established right wingers like minteh and march and they don't play with a number 8 kind of formation so they don't play him his "natural" position.
But georginio is too good to be on the bench. Brighton were having a lot of injuries in the striker/centre forward department so he was given that role and he fit in perfectly. He's basically a left-footed joao pedro. Now that joao pedro has been sold to chelsea, georginio has been playing his position in the friendlies, sometimes even playing the main striker with welbeck on the bench.
So georginio is officially registered as a midfielder at brighton but he now plays a striker role.
Similar thing happened with gruda, but he's not a guaranteed first team player, and he plays number 10 rather than number 9.
The manager experiments with the positions of players a lot. Mats Wieffer who came in as a midfielder (number 6) is now an established right back
