It's hard to feet any sympathy for a club when they're owned by Arab camelherders. You should want the downfall of any club which sells out.

Agreed. But most clubs these days sell out, so it's hard to feel any sympathy for most clubs. Especially most big ones
There are clubs that sell out and don't even end up successful - that's prime KWAB material

This rings hollow when the people who dump on Newcastle turn around and support Ajax, Bayern, any of the Big Six, or...Sunderland.

Bayern doesn't have an owner, but of course they can't claim to to be soulful plucky underdogs when Allianz, Audi, and Telekom own 8.3% of your club each
Ajax is similar, I suppose. But the "Big Six" are different

recently, newcastle has signed a young talent from south korea
i believe they are waiting for another son, just like tottenham did
south korean players are among the asian players who have left the greatest mark on pl
their transfer fees are lower than those of young talent from europe or south america, and if their potential explodes, they could capture the huge asian market

bayern is owned by allianz financial group who control assets that exceed those of PIF (1tn vs 900bn). this myth that bayern munich is fuelled by gutmensch and deutschland uber alles is just that, a myth.

i think most of europe's big clubs are equally soulless in a sense
if you're looking for soul in professional football, the soul of european professional football lies in the balkan clubs
they're seriously poor and financially struggling

Allianz owns 8.3%, 75% of the club is in the hands of the ~450,000 paying club members. Of course, you only have like 2,000 actually reliably showing up
Bayern isn't Gutmensch and absolutely nobody but Bayern fans has ever said this, but having three German companies own a combined 25% of a German club with members having voting rights is definitely better than English clubs completely selling out to sheikhs when it comes to "soul" comparisons

i can't imagine what it's like to play football in a country like uk, where the league is overflowing with money
in south korea or japan, if a boy who played football since childhood doesn't become a professional footballer, his life is ruined before he even gets started some of them literally join gangs and live a life of crime
that's why footballers here often have a thug-like image
think about it even in south korea and japan, which have the best youth football environments in asia, if a player doesn't succeed as a footballer, his life is ruined asian footballers in developing countries will likely end up living as street vendors or neets

i may have used the wrong word, but ownership or control of the club is only relevant in a political sense, i.e. bayern the club could theoretically refuse something allianz wanted (they never will). where it concerns cash moving into the club it doesn't make a difference. allianz could have a 1% stake and it would still be by far the most important player.
