cut off dates are cut off dates. the guy in question owned shares on the cut off date and so there was dual ownership on the important date. the other ownership structures are moot. a guy owned Lyon or whoever and owned 25% of Palace and so Palace can't qualify. doesn't matter what happened after the judgement date.
