the BigSix is a god given right, it's only acquired through divine judgement. you can't "penetrate" into this celestial organization. you're only choosen to be part of it, nay, Mandated to become a part of this conglomerate. and the heavens no longer consider ANYONE to be worthy enough for this gargantuan mission. The SkySix remains, only Six.

not gonna happen, united is basically too big to sink, spurs are run by a jew, and they're financially more than okay, chelsea were a bit dodgy at the start but now there business model is starting to pay, liverpool will never sink, citeh are owned by an oil state with trillions of dollars that even the british government can't apprehend, arsenal are owned by a sport tycoon with billions of dollars and went through worse(much worse) times before.
these clubs are basically the embodiment of capitalism, the shift from football being just a sport for some group of people that share a common bond and a common heritage and a common geography going against other similar peoples from the country, into a global brand made solely to milk as much money as possible from as many people as possible.

Why is Manchester City in the OP?
Anonymous United Kingdom No.150366578 >>150366625
>>150366525
Because they ended up becoming successful enough to force what was the "Big Four" to be redefined (this in itself being a revision of the "Big Five" from the 80s: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Big_Six_(Premier_League). Tottenham solely got in because they kept finishing 4th-6th.

historically, no, but most of those clubs were not that big historically
chelsea only had 1 league title before roman (huddersfield and wolves had more than chelsea or city)
liverpool were irrelevant until the littlewoods family doped them in the 60s

historically, you're looking at everton, villa, sunderland/newcastle

the truth is, what is considered "big" is tomorrow's nobody, and it always comes down to financial doping

Liverpool will always be a massive club now. The chance to consign them to the dustbin of history has passed. 2005 was incredibly impactful to keep them in the footballing consciousness and Klopp and the current renaissance has made them relevant again. Difficult to see them fucking it up from here.
