Not really, he looked sloppy and like he couldnt keep his feet under him. Lots of shenanigans as well with Rivera's corner repeatedly dumping ice and water in the corner so much they had to delay starting 2 rounds to clean it up, so much water on Rivera he kept making slick spots in the ring that had to stop the fight to be cleaned, his tape, etc. Cordova kept trying his left hook but Rivera would be in southpaw and turn his head to the left so he'd get hit in the back of the head. Managed to get Cordova to take a point deduction for it and he stopped using it, neutered one of his best punches.
