Arteta and Dave Roberts in MLB had the same effect on me of "I could swear they were just playing for this very club 5 minutes ago" when they got hired.
That being said Dave Roberts has the Black Hapa effect where as he ages he looks less and less black and more and more asian. Like when he was playing you'd read "his parents met in Okinawa and he is proud of his Japanese heritage" and be like "wow, he doesn't look it" and now you look at him and go "that sensei looks a bit tanned, I guess" same with Tiger Woods.
