Anyone here been to San siro?
Is it dope? What is one thing that is really cool that stands out in your memory? I love stadiums, I love buildings. I was supposed to be an engineer but I was betrayed.
Do they let Slavic people watch matches there or will the Italians beat me up? I want to see luka modric play live one time before he retires
Saw him once in a wc qualifier in zigreb I went with my wife at the time they beat Iceland. I'm not Croatian or anything we were just traveling went to Hungary on that trip too budimpesta is an epic epic city ,just a proto-slav that grew up undocumented in the states and my life is over and im going to be in poverty forever without any hopes and dreams. I'm going to die alone in poverty, without my own property
What could've been
Betrayal. Betrayal

My suggestions:

Book a table well in advance at the Trattoria La Pesa dal 1902 nearby (they sellout quick) and eat dinner there. Leave an hour before the game starts and walk up.

Go to the toilets at the restaurant so you dont have to go at the stadium.

Try to get a 20:45 game so the stadium is light up it looks really majestic from the outside with the spiral lights.

Dont expect to go to the toilet or buy snacks inside the stadium. Once you’re seated stay there until end of game.

Buy some snacks beforehand or in the street food places outside the stadium. I dont think they let you bring in bottles with lids on so keep that in mind.

I recommend booking seats in the central red section (pic related) first floor (letters) or second floor, avoid third floor.

The seats are quite steep so if you go for second floor red be aware of that, it took me a bit of a surprise its like a straight drop down.

When you leave the stadium to go back home it is quite chaotic with the public transport. And getting a taxi is next to impossible as I remember it. Maybe plan to walk a bit into the city after the game.

You can use sharenow cars around the city if you are signed up to their app sharenow so maybe try to do that if you want to drive around Milan you pay by the minute then just leave the car when you park it. You then need to try and find one nearby with the app to use again.

No one beats you up or anything like that. Worst part is just trying to find transport to get back home after the game because a lot of people.

I stayed with my friends at the Radisson Blu at Villapizzone when we went to the San Siro it’s about 200$ per room per night but they have two man rooms with seperate beds if you share a room with a friend it is 100$ a night. Its decent 4 star nothing special but with good breakfast buffet, small indoor pool and near the stadium and casa Milan if you want to visit that.

You can use the sharenow cars to drive around Milan from there or take the tram into the center.

If you get a flight to Bergamo airport you can get a shuttle bus to the Milan central station for about 15$ a person, then from there you can take a tram to near the hotel.

Or you can order a transport directly from the Bergamo airport to your hotel from a third party company for about 150$ if you are many friends together like 5-6 then financially it might be worth it. Or if money isnt an issue and you just want to get there fast you can do so too. Just beware when we did it the driver wanted cash.

I have no friends and I'll be traveling on a budget because I'm in permanent poverty now
But I didn't realize Milan was on the Swiss border, idk if I can go to something like that.
Id feel better at old Trafford instead desu, but I'm not giving up cash if amorim is still coach
