Easier when you have 80+ games in a schedule vs 38 but it might balance out since soccer leagues have bigger differences between the top and bottom teams than North American leagues.

Most managers have in their contract a certain amount of percentages in terms of points after a certain number of games that affects their compensation if they're sacked, or things like position in the form table.
