I'm just glad scouts are seeing people for their skillset instead of just saying "the blacks they can run routes and read defenses in the secondary, but we need a good tall white guy from California or Florida or somewhere like that as our QB", there are a lot of good white guys playing in secondaries and as backs and receivers and black guys throwing the ball that wouldn't have gotten the time of day 15 years ago.
