Anonymous United States No.150569110 >>150569242
I dont get why people are so low on Cook. They always cite that he’s going to regress on TDs. Sure he probably wont score as much, but he’s still a good back at his current ADP. Not like he’s going 1st/2nd round. At his ADP you’re looking at Kamara, K3, Breece Hall and I’d much rather have Cook who’s on a better offense.
Anonymous United States No.150569242
>>150569110
he's properly ranked, he's going a little higher than anyone you mentioned. but the truth is that he put up rico dowdle numbers last year w/o the TDs. he went from wildly bad at getting in the endzone in 2023 to wildly good in 2024 and lightning isn't gonna strike twice in that regard. 240 touches isn't a lot for a guy you're taking 31st overall, i mean ken walker had 200 and he didn't even play in 5 games

>Send Tee Higgins
>Get DJ Moore and Nick Chubb

is it worth it? Or should I just suck it up and deal with it until Mixon comes back. For context right now i'm starting Cooper Kupp in flex... that's my best option. So yeah. I could really use Chubb for the first 4 weeks.

yeah you're right... i'm being greedy.

what about just Joe Mixon and Hock for Harrison JR?

some context. I have Kyler Murray as my starting QB so I want Harrison but i'm not willing to give up a ridiculous amount for him. The other team has McKonkey, Sutton, Ridley, Jeudy, Jordan Reed, and that rookie on the chargers Tre Harris. Plus Harrison of course. And he's lacking at RB. He has Jahmyr Gibbs, Chase Brown, Travis Etiene (who looks like will be in a time share this season), and Jaydon Blue who is burried on the depth chart. I thought he could use Joe Mixon once he's back.

I could always grab a TE off waivers I guess. Ot trade for one.

I could see that. I guess my reasoning was that Lamb is going to get covered all the time and Dak is going to be throwing it a lot, and Pickens (or Ferguson) will be the alternative to Lamb.

Even though Jacory was listed as RB2 behind Ekeler at practice yesterday, it's still a very crowded backfield with Chris Rodriguez there. With Tyrone Tracy, I felt that it's inevitable that Cam Skattebo takes over at some point, not to mention Tracy's tendency to fumble the ball often (5 times last season). The Giants season doesn't look super great for RBs either.

Time will tell but worst case scenario I could package Pickens and someone else for an even better WR.

Just finished my draft with coworkers, 10 team standard ppr. I ended up getting 1st overall pick. Pretty happy with my team, but RB is my weakest position I think.
My bench is
Warren
Tet
Jordan Mason
Harvey
Golden
Charbonnett
Braelon Allen

I was thinking of going big and trying to get Bijan. Any ideas as to who would be appropriate to trade? The coworker with Bijan has Sutton and Pearsal as his 2 starters and Keon on his bench, no other wrs. I was thinking Nico or Thomas with Chuba and maybe a bench player for Bijan, thoughts?

Send tj hockenson

My rbs are cmc, James Cook, Isiah pacheco, Joe mixon (who I thought I could survive having him stashed until he comes back but that went out the fucking window), and Issac guerro just because this cunt took Brian Robinson earlier than I was expecting him to go

At best, Shanahan runs Guerendo or Robinson to the ground before he runs CmC to the ground. At worst, he says fuck it we have CMC and dude gets hurt because his HC can't help himself. This offense is all Kittle, Purdy and CMC at the moment. Pearsall is supporting it at best

mike evans is legendarily consistent and that will be his claim to the HoF, if we're speaking holistically here and you weigh that heavily, fair enough. but he is absolutely not a top 10 all-time WR skill-wise.

that said, i absolutely expect ladd to be the WR1 on the chargers this year. he's not going to have mcduffie draped all over him every game and i think it's fair to say that the KC defensive backfield both (1) was shaking off the rust and (2) underestimated what the chargers' passing game can bring to the table this year
