I know what you mean but just because an abstract set of phenomena has somewhat fuzzy edges doesn't mean it isn't a reoccurring pattern and that it can't be meaningfully filed under a specific name. Take narcissistic personality disorder. The word gets thrown around a lot and is often misused but there are without a doubt many individuals who tick a lot of boxes associated with npd and who can be fittingly described with that term. Point being yes, categories are man made but that doesn't make them useless or entirely arbitrary, it's our way of approximating the truth.

same, except i was a player and I was suddenly discovered by olympiakos at 30 years old and led club and country to multiple international trophy wins. THEN I became a manager and also led club and country(at the same time) to multiple international trophy wins.

Narcissism is a personality disorder which can’t be medicated. ADHD on the other hand is used to pop little kids full of pharmaceuticals. If you’re going to be handing out amphetamines to kids and normies you better have some stronger evidence than “cannot concentrate on homework at home because of PlayStation 5” or “Day dreaming of an exciting and meaningful life while wageslaving at McJew for 2$/hr”. Those are normal human behavior.
