There two factors to creditcard debt and you are ignoring outgoing spending. Total debt dropped 2020 as simply less spending was going on.
People are still making repayments in current year, but spending has gone up, balances are higher and repayments are making less of a dent in the total.
82% of burgers have at least one credit card, and the average has about four. And an *average* credit card debt of $21,000 per household @ 28% interest is not sustainable.

Look at that chart >>150721747 again - Line Go Up, it's the definition of unsustainable. On the figures >>150723902 given, *average* min. payment is now $700 per month. And given the averages include a fuckload of responsible users with one card who repay in full every month, I'd hate to see the state of some of the rest debtors accounts. And these are the same idiots with also with $1200 car payments and fuck knows what messes for mortgages. tldr, rising consoomer debt is an actual ticking time bomb bubble, but nobody wants to know.

We don't care about soccer. But its the world cup. I don't think their is a way to explain this to you without you being here. Look, America is the country for the rich, and it is populated by poor people who think they will someday be rich too. That is the reason for this pricing. Americans care more about every other sport than soccer.

Nothing new. Just better technology and more transparency.

Before, FIFA made money on the side by selling via resellers that marked up the face value using "bundle" sales or sold privately to contacts off-market.
The families of FIFA members have been make their fortunes with ticket scams for decades.

Very few tickets were sold for face value on the open market, except for initial championship games between shit hole countries.

Also, ticket touts have been providing dynamic pricing, in full, unofficial partnership with FIFA, since at least the 70s.
Now technology replaces them but the margins for FIFA stay the same and the accounting is as opaque as it ever was.

Entered the VISA lottery because why not? Figure buy two seats. Assume there will be a resale lockdown, so can at least take someone or sell the extra one as a "go with me" experience.

actually, gonna correct myself here.
FIFA are indeed basically running their own touting op now.
They also sold $20m worth of “Right To Buy” tokens, that let you bypass the lottery and guaranteed you a ticket. Which you then still have to pay full price for, it's just another layer of scam fee fees on top. Bring back that principled Mr Blatter.
Anonymous United States No.150738616 [Report] >>150738661

Anonymous United Kingdom No.150738661 [Report] >>150739099
>>150738616
I see a flaw in your theory here Chief.
In principle tho, you are right enough, assuming you did get lucky in the lottery first. The 'Right to Buy' token, of which FIFA sold 70-80,000, probably would = free money, for those smart and organised enough to have taken advantage of it at the time.

Anonymous Croatia No.150740023 [Report] >>150740095

One potential strategy for event ticketing is to allocate a portion of seats and price points based on the socioeconomic demographics of the local area. For instance, if a certain percentage of the population falls within a specific income bracket, an equivalent percentage of tickets could be made available at a price point that is accessible to them. This approach would not be discriminatory, but rather a form of dynamic pricing that promotes accessibility. It ensures that a broader range of the community can attend events by setting some ticket prices lower, while simultaneously adjusting prices upward for those who can comfortably afford to pay a premium.
