Well it's a no brainer to have a WRC27 car if you launch a rally2 nowadays given the difference between the two are either stock parts (like the safety cell) or aero, but it's nice to see semi confirmed.
Also I hope the WRC27 is only a working name for the regs and we wont rename the pyramid again after for once getting it right

It's a double edged sword.
It's actually not a bad price for a limited edition watch and the Casino Edifacae line can often produce some pretty high quality stuff.
Like everything, it will depreciate if you wear it, but what's the fun in NOT wearing it? The best thing is to have a bunch of watches and cycle through them. I highly suggest Aliexpess and brands like Steeldive and Pagani Desig for daily beaters.
I wear my watches, but I also have a I just sit on most of them because I think they are neat. This Citizen is my race day watch and this Pagani Daytona copy is my daily beater which is ultimately way more robust and 1/2 the price.
If Nissan was my jam, I'd be strongly tempted, but the strap is both a highlight and a weak point on that, so I'd check to see if you can get a spare. Notice my Citizen is on an aftermarket strap.

I have a slew of chink built SN35s and one I built myself. That Pagani is an Epson/Seiko quarts in a 200 meter stainless case with double coated sapphire and it was only $75. I put a Rolex copy bracelet and deployment on it for about $15 more. I have worn it cliff diving and wake boarding as well as simply every day. It's the best value I've ever seen for a timepiece. well, if they're forged they shouldn't rust, most of the impurities should be sorted. However, Aluminum does corrode/oxidize, and brake dust is a mother fucker. After a while that super hot dust just embeds itself into the surface. Ceramic coating the barrels, or even the whole wheel, is what I'd recommend for a driver. If it's a race specific set you should be hitting them with a balance test and stress fracture dye between use depending on what you're doing.

For me, it was Pole Position, and Outrun, then Test Drive and Need for Speed, then Grand Turismo. Now, there is a slight burden of FOMO that keeps me from enjoying other things a bit, but it's way better.
