I've been to enough races to know this is 100% true. Fuck, I was at the 2024 Petit le Mans and had a blast! And that race was poop from a butt.
Going to a bad race is like bad sex. It's still pretty good.
Bristol is kinda sorta fairly close and I'd feel dumb for not going. I'd probably have KMS if I missed IndyCar Nashville, considering it was one of the best races I have ever seen. I got shitty tickets late, but it looks like it is gonna be PACKED.

Pro tip: Normally high up at the start/finish line is the best seat in the house, but at Bristol, sit at the either the 6 or 12 O'clock so you can see both pits and start/finish. You just miss out on whatever happens at the wall close to you, which isn't insignificant, but seeing both pits is pretty huge.
