the real appeal of it for me is being in leagues with my friends tho, i've been in one league for 15 years with the same group. live drafts every august are so much fucking fun

Also PPR lets you catch the ball for negative 5 yards and still get as many points as running it for 5. If the goal is to make WRs more relevant in fantasy then giving more points per yard or giving them points per first down are systems where you still need positive plays for your team to gain points. At least catches for negative yards shouldn't reward the point for reception.
