It's hard to tell but it looks like a suicide squeeze aka the runner on third is running on the windup without seeing the outcome of the bunt. Players are taught to bunt or foul it by any means necessary because if they don't the catcher has an automatic out at home. In reality players should know what a clear pass ball looks like and should let something like that go.
