Why do people say the Rogers Center is ugly? Is it just jealous Americans who are mad we can make a stadium last 30+ years instead of replacing it after 5?

My personal opinion is that baseball stadiums either need some unique architecture or feature, or have to have some kind of natural skyline behind it to be kino.

I love the SkyDome. One of my favorites. When the stadium is open it's a gorgeous stadium right under the CN Tower

Those are classic 100+ year old stadiums. Most stadiums built from a few decades ago look like shit now. Rogers center still looks new and modern despite being built in 1989.

Citi Field in recent years got new tech upgrades, feels totally different than when it opened. The chop shops nearby are gonna be gone real soon

You are correct. I should have said US Americans. I maintain there is a small but significant difference since one contains the name and the other does not. I'd also argue that one is a much more conventional term, but you are correct in saying that it is imprecise, and I want to argue against the North American (English-speaking, that's what matters here) convention after all. For the sake of the argument, Canadians and US Americans obviously went together since they do this alike
It doesn't change that "Asians" aren't only East Asians, and saying "He's not Filipino, he's Asian" or something is very, very dumb
