the phillies pitching did its job. it's their offense that didn't show up. and toronto has something that philly doesn't: big time right-handed hitters.

No lol Dodgers will likely regroup tomorrow or definitely in 6 with Yamoto personally it's goig to game 7 and MLB will want that because game 1 has been the best views internationally since 16 cubs

Dodgers haven't looked dominant at all though this entire series and they only won game 3 on a whisker. Their bullpen and most of their hitters look tired and worn out. I'm not seeing a lot of energy from them.
God damn, they should have pulled Shohei since he was in 18 god damn innings and replace him with Yoshinobu.

I didn't think Shohei would be that gassed since he was only getting walked, but I guess I underestimated how just being on your feet while under stress for 7+warmup hours total is tiring, especially since he went to bed no earlier than midnight. If Yams really was ready to go last night, Roberts COULD have started him here but it's probably ultimately better for their chances Yams gives them another complete game 6.
Tonight's game will easily be the most pivotal in the series. In many ways I think it's up to Yesavage.

Yeah, but most of them seem tired, and not hot at all. Pages is a black hole of hitting, thankfully. Mookie is medicore instead of the stable singles guy he normally is. Their offense is weak and their starters were carrying them.
The bullpen and hitters today looked incredibly tired and worn out after 18 innings. The Jays seemed a lot more fresh and at it.

can't rely on that, even ohtani was cold til he wasnt
the realization that these are the last 3 games of the year and they're the most important ones will definitely change something in the players, for better or worse

I'm afraid that injuring, then booing springer has just set the story in motion, it's over for dodgers, game 7 6th inning 3 run home run to end it.

Can. Dodgers have no depth outside of their major stars. Freddy Freeman is just too damn old. Mookie is in a drought. Pages is like a black hole of a hitter and I have no idea why he's in. Rojas may have actually won the Dodgers the series if he was in for every game, since i'm sure he'd hit a few RBIs that mattered.
I'm watching these games on a hacked firestick and for the first time in my life I've been exposed to live Canadian television. Can a leaf please explain why you need 2 tim hortons ads ever commercial break? Why does tim hortons even need ads? Is seeing them on every street corner not enough?

Very much canuck identity and they are trying to get you to buy their sweets outside their coffee while trying to make you forget they got bought by Americans who changed all the suppliers and hired all the Indians they can afford to pay trash money to

I still love their timbits and donuts. But when I see no timbits or donuts, I dont buy anything, was on my way from uni going to queens park station and theres a tims right beside there, I saw no donuts and my flavour of timbits so i just left
The donuts used to be a lot better. They used to make them in-house with actual bakers. Sure, they'd put them out so all the cigarette smoke got all over them, but that was part of the charm. Still, I'll take those nicotine-tainted things over the sad hunks of factory-produced drywall they call "donuts" now.
Timbits are aight but only certain ones, you tell them "no chocolate" and they hear "all chocolate lol"
Okay lads, I have an idea for the next great Baseball movie >Young, hungry pitcher starts his career >gets placed in Single A, quickly moves to Double >Shortly after that, scouts notice him and he's in Triple >A major league team is impressed by his AAA perfomance, gives him a shot late in the season >this team makes it deep into the playoffs >he gets a start >dominates >by the end of the film, he is starting in the World Series and sets an all time Strikeout Record
Well, what do you all think?

Still, every Tim's I see these days is almost empty
solution: don't live in some rural shithole
or make it at home, it's still better than tim's. the food is awful. they literally feed it to people in jail. ask me how i know

I only get the honey dip ones. Best ones. I wish Uber eats let you specificy what type of timbits you wanted but they dont.
I agree the donuts are kind of low quality but I dont really know where else to get good donuts for cheap and I've loved donuts forever now so thats that.
