Vinicius apologizes after substitution tantrum
https://www.managingmadrid.com/99966/vinicius-apology-el-clasico-2025

He offers a heartfelt apology to the fans, teammates, and club president (No mention of the manager). Do you forgive him, bros?

I don't understand how past a certain age people ever lose control of their emotions. Personally even when I am fuming on the inside, I am still fully aware that it's not a good thing and acting on those emotions will have consequences that will come later. If I don't care about the consequences I might choose to act on them willingly but it's never a "I lost myself to pashiun lol" like a toodler.

So for me these apologies just seem fake and planned like "I'll use this opportunity to vent and act like a chimp and apologize afterwards to face no consequences".

Some people are more emotional than others. Some people have a harder time keeping their emotions in check than others. You can't assume everyone is exactly as you are.

you're a pussy if the first thing you think of when you have an outburst is the consequences, sometimes it's good to let loose and let people know what's what but only when it's justified. not in vini's case though, he's a bitch and the 'apology' was put together by his pr team

I am very emotional myself though as I said I think there's a difference between feeling emotions and acting on them. I am not opposed to vini feeling upset about being subbed out but there's no way he doesn't know that visibly throwing a tantrum (and for such a long time too) won't get him in trouble later. He just knows it's worth doing it because the consequences are minimal and he can just apologize.

I played football from ages 8-16 and was never like that either but yeah my teammates chimped out a lot. I never really understood it. I just didn't take it that seriously.

Cucked response. Seriously. You're the top 3 champions league assister for Real madrid and you're subbed off by Xabi Alonso? Who tf is Xabi Alonso? A shitter who had a brief heyday 12 years ago? And you're supposed to apologize for being sent off in the first 20 minutes, "sowwy real madrid fans for making a scene even though I'm the fucking GOAT and I'm being sent off for absolutely no reason by a manager who doesn't know what he's doing". Absolute rubbish, the lot of you

is HE starting to learn basic human behaviour?
This is big news.

Was he always like this? Before vardrid signed him I mean. At some point scouts HAD to include in their report "talented, but prone to chimp out due to poor emotional intelligence and lack of anger management"

Last year he had to be restrained before he attacked the ref. I blame Floren and the vardrid media cavern in general for coddling him.
