no, except for concentration curls, no cheating with that exercise, I start to fail around 13 reps. So I do 8 with a 5.2kg dumbbell, then 13 with the 10kg dumbbell, which makes 21 reps.
It's a nice session of cardio and resistance training while watching the match, at half time I do dynamic stretching, suitcase carries with lateral knee ups(20kg-24kg), around the world 20 kg, working on core stability.
I have a rest between each set, especially between 13,21, and 13. Heart blowing out of the chest @ 21 reps.
