I do ladder sets based on the Fibonacci sequence. 5 reps / 8 reps / 13 reps / 21 reps / 13 reps / 8 reps / 5 reps

I do a lot of dynamic stretching too, then I go for a show after the match. Beats sitting on my ass consuming shit and getting fat. I do this 2-4 times a week, it's a long session, hybrid resistance cardio.

Probably. None of the posters in this thread have ever been in a pub so they won't know her or be able to ask.

I go to pubs if friends invite me, but normally sporting events just interrupt the conversations I'm trying to have if I'm in a pub. The Euro 2024 final was a lot of fun when I went to see that, mainly because everyone I was with knew considerably less about football than I do.

but to answer your question: no. last time was either a us soccer match or a cl final, don't remember. would rather watch at home with friends/family or shitpost here.

Not at current prices. With my tolerance, I’d rack up an easy $100 tab just in alcohol alone. Add a couple of appetizers, maybe an entree if I’m feeling sauced and that’s an easy $150 minimum just to watch a game. I can go buy a 12 pack for under $20 and pick up some food on the way back for a total under $40. Can also go cheap on the beer and get a 3 tall boys pack of 5.5% abv Bud Ice and 2 McDonald’s $5.50 meal deals and still have a great time under $20.

no, except for concentration curls, no cheating with that exercise, I start to fail around 13 reps. So I do 8 with a 5.2kg dumbbell, then 13 with the 10kg dumbbell, which makes 21 reps.

It's a nice session of cardio and resistance training while watching the match, at half time I do dynamic stretching, suitcase carries with lateral knee ups(20kg-24kg), around the world 20 kg, working on core stability.

I have a rest between each set, especially between 13,21, and 13. Heart blowing out of the chest @ 21 reps.
