We need to create the same rules for everybody. Make Wolfsburg, Leverkusen, Leipzig, and Hoffenheim fully adhere to 50+1. At least Wolfsburg would be gone soon then as of now
Then we need to distribute the TV money differently. More balance in general, more for using domestic talents. Bayern currently makes 100 million and Hamburg (as the last) makes 30 million. If we make the gap smaller, like 80/50, then we will have a much better balance after a few years. The general hope must be that large clubs like Hamburg finally recover from their clown era and become the heavyweights they are supposed to be.
