I just tested warc2html on both esotericarchives.com and winwenger.com, and it works well. However, I had to uncompress esotericarchives first, using gzip (on Windows: https://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/packages/gzip.htm). Otherwise, it would error out early on.
At least it does work. I can't say that for warcat, or warc-proxy, and many others...
