I just downloaded this using a torrent from Yify, without a VPN. Realistically, how fucked am I? Will my ISP come for my head? This is the only thing I've recently downloaded without a VPN. I'm shittin' bricks over here.
Where are you and what ISP do you have? I'm in the US, and in my experience ISP's only care to the extent that they can be threatened with legal action, so they're inclined to sell you out. Verizon and AT&T (both fiber) never seemed to give a shit about what I did, though Verizon did once send me a note that said they weren't cooperating with some IP holder or another but would be forced to if subpoenaed. Comcast, on the other hand, rolls over like a bitch and threatens to shut off your internet if they receive complaints about you, though after multiple warnings they never have. YMMV.
