If I were to guess it'd be Filth Princess, it's hard to make obese/fat/cellulite characters look appealing or realistic in a chibi style without it being more cartoony rather than displaying cellulite pockets, because otherwise you get the situation going on with Filth Princess, where she looks like she's covered in scabbies - which, I guess for her name, checks out.

Still attributes to the issue, when you have small details an excess it can be distracting and misconstrued into something else.

I'd use the # symbol that is used in cartoony drawings to represent dirt and maybe colored stains to make it more clear that she's covered in filth, since the way it looks now seems more like a texture pattern, since the color the dirt is using is very similar to the shaded skin, thus making it look like overlapping folds or darker skin (which is why I thought they were scabs)
