>He got rid of all the grimdark stuff, dumbass
No he didn't. Not at all. He just started a crusade that did nothing but made for great propaganda.
>Wrong. It's in a resurgence. Lion kicked Angron's ass
The Lion (barely) jobbing Angron (a professional jobber who gets his ass kicked by grey knights regularly) doesn't mean anything. The Imperium is completely fucked. It would have fallen entirely if it wasn't for Guilliman, and it will anyway.
>Cawl is busy closing the Rift
No, he's not.
>He literally fixed the infrastructure, though? Violently, he literally killed off the old high lords who wouldn't help him fix the infrastructure
No, the old high lords who rebelled did it to hold onto their own power. Guilliman had them removed and replaced with loyal lackeys, and his political position is still not secure. If he goes on long enough, the Imperium will eventually learn to hate him like it hates everything else, probably in the form of the Inquisition trying to get him murdered.
>You don't just roll out Rogal Dorn tanks, new krieg regiments
The Rogal Dorn tank seems to be either a new STC rediscovery or something the Mechanicus was sitting on for a while. Guilliman has little to do with that. Krieg regiments are being spat out at the same rate as before the Gathering Storm.
>expand Ultramar from 50 noblebright planets to 500 noblebright planets WITHOUT fixing the infrastructure
Not even Macragge itself is "noblebright," and the 450 worlds that weren't part of Ultramar by the time of M41 are shitholes
Clearly you're a retard, but you're also indicative of the exact kind of idiot to buy 40k joytoys, so I guess GW is happy with you
