In the Superpowers Cyoa is confirmed powers can be passed to other people if you have the right powers (Biokinetic, Sorcerer and Inventor)
This makes Biokinetic the strongest if you have the Sub-superpowers event and start collecting them.

1. You defeat them and capture them. it would also be very easy to drug them to sleep all the time
2. You give their powers to one of your superminions
3. Repeat until you have 20-30-40 of them.
All of this plus yourself should make you the strongest superpower, not even the Body could win against the prep time. The only counter could be Telepath trying to hijack control, you could recontrol them once you are in range tho.

But if you truly want to take out one of them, the world is doomed, so you should start by killing humanity to kill the telepath and that kills your only counter.

Oh, and if you want to be sneaky about it you transform the subsuperpowers into meat cubes you could store and are alive, if they don't count as minions you just wear them inside yourself, go outside in space, to another planet and make your lab there.

It's also the only power that can create life ex nihilo and could easily terraform other planets.

Jian lives in an big japanese style inn in a beautiful clearing surrounded by a seemingly endless forest.
The further away you walk the darker and more sinister the woodland becomes.
As for the inn it is in an impeccable state always surrounded by delicious aromas coming from the kitchen but sometimes when Jian is too busy with something else to take proper care of the house the smell of iron can be perceived coming from beneath the floor boards.

Thank you. Since I start in the Far North, I'd need to deal with the Wizard Lords first. Peon Nest recursion allows me to build up a massive force off of relatively little Essence, then I'd start spamming Heavy Infantry and Cultists to build up a decent military force. When I actually go out to kill the Wizard Lord, I'd want at least a few Magus to counter Wizard Lord Hax.

Then I'd send some diplomats to the Amber Coast, and use offers of marriage-sponsorship with my Magus and other mages to draw in various Witches to my side there. This can help build up a core of casters for future campaigns.

From there, I move on to cloak and dagger efforts. Setting up bases in Gloriend's catacombs, fanning the conflict in Sanctum Citadel, nabbing any worthwhile beasties from the everforest, and generally setting things up.

I'd plan on using things like Plaguebearer along with Animators, Magus, Mesmer, & Warper to create custom creatures. These creatures will help create a spy network further the South to help keep them busy and not notice my efforts until I'm at least ready to move on from the Amber Coast. My primary plan for Heroes is to just send these infiltration creatures in to destroy all the summoning sites and disrupt any attempt to rebuild them in the future. If you can't summon a hero you don't have to deal with a hero.
