There's edgy and then there's fetishistic. Demon Lord's a very edgelordy game, no doubt, but it's not mutually exclusive with fetishism, and frequently it seems to go beyond just trying to be edgy.
His writing for Warhammer Fantasy, also an edgelordy game, included things like literal demons' giant assholes conjuring mid-air, shitting everywhere and blocking the party, and them being forced with no other option than to crawl through them to escape a room and get covered in shit in the process. In another place he describes the demons of the god Khorne, war and blood guy, constantly pissing and shitting in each other's mouths and using shit to fertilize blood flowers.
An example that isn't even edgy and just feels purely fetishistic is a Demon Lord adventure where the party has to go into an underground tomb. They pass through a hallway full of statues that are described, verbatim, as naked women in the middle of painful bowel movements. So statues of naked women taking shits. This room has no relation to who's buried there, it serves no purpose for the adventure, has no items or enemies in it, and it's never mentioned again. It's there to have the players walk through a hallway of shitting naked women.
I literally can't think of a single other reason why it'd be there besides someone's deviant fap material. It's not even like a filth tomb or cult of a disease god or something, it serves quite literally no purpose.
