I rolled Amplification later, but I'm putting it at the start of the build since it's very relevant to the rest.
I view it like this: I probably won't need all my powers at full level at once. Let me invest 18 into Amp. That means if I need to, I can boost any of my powers to ten, and gives me wiggle room to keep something like premonition on alongside other powers.

In combat I likely won't need more than a slight boost, but if I invest my amp into this I can see a whole 8 minutes into the future. Useful out of combat too, and I can use the full eight minutes to cheat in casinos since I won't be amplifying other stuff. Standard will probably be allocating 4/9 Amp points for a 32 second foresight.

Uh wow. Base, I grow fairly large and massive and increase in strength. Go up to ten, I'm taller than the Burj Khalifa, and that's a tall ass building. My lift strength scales strangely here, I can only lift like, houses, which would fit in my palm. But I can step on anything. Of course this is massive overkill. Boosting to 6 makes me Colossal Titan size, which is overkill. In most fights I can get away with only allocating 2 points to Eldritch to become giraffe size and rip stuff apart.
>Telepathy -1 (12)
Very lucky with this roll, it's perfect for amp. Zero point investment and I can read their minds, one point of amp and I can casually view their memories. Erasing and editing memories are super specific things that I only need sometimes, and thus I can safely uninvest amp from other things and invest them into Telepathy when I need to. Range is fantastic too, I could just sit on the street and lobotomize an entire city block.
I scrolled down and I see that there are blessings. I'm thinking maybe I should get one now rather than later.
