Also, we do know that dragon senility affects female Manakete, because Tiki specifically got her soporific tendencies in order to ward off the effects. On top of that, she was assigned a male Manakete guardian, Gotoh, who as far as I know never degenerated, just fucking died of old age.
That said, recruitable female Manakete have an on or off tendency of wanting to nail the main lord of the game they're in. Tiki had a crush on Marth, and Myrrh had some fucking weird brocon interest in Ephraim. Fae was obviously 2pure to want Roy, but Roy's mother is most likely the half-Manakete Ninian, who we know can use a Dragonstone. For some fucking reason Nowi's best support is Gregor, while her daughter Nah seems alarmingly interested in the admittedly handsome Gerome- although, she's alarmingly interested in whoever she's paired with, being a borderline yandere.
I'm completely skipping over Fates, Three Houses, and Engage- there's just too much going on, not even counting that the protagonist is a Manakete in two of those games.
