Unfortunately fucking around with time counters isn't as fun as it sounds. It's the sort of thing where if you're not just using her to play 12 mana eldrazi on turn 5 there's really not much reason to play her.
Also the majority of the best suspend cards are now Doctor Who shit, and even if you're into that, it feels very limiting from a deck building perspective.
If you want an Izzet waifu, I would recommend just storming off with pic related.

She was my first edh deck

You have to understand how much of a menace she used to be, you can suspend stuff like worldfire and eldrazi to ruin everyone's day.
She still has that reputation as well so some people might Target her just based on principle.

Realistically however I think the power level has fallen off a lot, she's still very good but not nearly the terror that she used to be because every other deck is cheating out big scary stuff now.

As far as the most fun way to build, you can literally do whatever you want because you can suspend any card at all (except a land). Personally I still like cheating out big creatures but I could see a sort of artifact or enchantment build.
She has a short list of Staples that she absolutely needs because very few cards interact with time counters, you're going to want all of them.

Suspend is a fantastic and fun mechanic, remember that a creature coming out of suspend gains haste. But also be aware that whatever route you go your entire game plan is going to be extremely telegraphed

Chill, I meant the divide between them, not every card in the set. But with it right next to Arcavios, MDFCs having been a defining mechanic of Strixhaven, and Lorwyn in part characterized with a strong day/night difference, it seems more likely than not. And using MDFCs also works to keep Lorwyn mechanically distinct from Innistrad while still having that day/night theme.

If I’m wrong, and we see the day/night mechanic return, my despair will know no bounds. What a fucking awful idea that was.

A bit. They're not absolute retard assholes who just cEDH every game, but they will play a lot of $50 cards, proxy up multi-hundred dollar cards, a lot of theft, control, discard and stax decks, land destruction, infinite combos etc.
Even when they play something low power they'll play it very cruelly and focus a player down.

I dunno man, it's so rare that I get games I enjoy. I just play because I enjoy the experience of a Commander game. But I can also look at sets like Bloomburrow—another set that leaned on more fanciful, storybook themes, like Lorwyn—and Tarkir—another set that returned to a fan-favorite plane that had been left in a somewhat uncertain state—and see that both were executed well, even if there were still choices I wouldn’t have made and some directions that I wasn’t fond of.

There are multiple phone apps for scanning collections, I use Manabox and a 3d printed rig to just throw the cards in safely. You can just use a few stacked books to hold our phone up too but I had a friend willing to print one for me for cheap.
You can then export the file to a website like Moxfield to keep track of everything as well as make decks.
I too left around Fifth Dawn and came back just a year ago.

Still, even in such a case, I think you’d be better having RGWU Aang as something short of his final form, adding a fifth card to take the extra step to imply that spiritbending is what gets him full 5c. NTA, but for a wider pool of net decks you should check out what people use when running pic related and both forms of Alesha (Who Smiles at Death/Who Laughs at Fate). All three of these are better versions of your waifu in the same colors (with Old Lady Alesha only lacking white) with very similar game plans, and have been around a lot longer for people to "solve" them. Look at what people are using to fill their graves with good shit to bring back and what creatures they're running. Here are some surface level tips, but keep in mind I'm a shitter who didn't know a thing about magic 2 months ago:
