Again, the lack of religious knowledge in the new authors makes it quite hard to get the same feel as the idea to be subservent to a higher being or power is seens as a negative nowadays.
Ignorance of the setting itself is also another factor, if you only have a couple of novels and memes and never reading any of the TT books, you're not getting far into what's what.

Natural cycle of franchise media
