I'm about this fucking close to abandoning other generators in favor of Perchance, I just happen to struggle a lot with the digits, both their numbers and their positioning thereof.
Even this picture of my vampire's sire, which came out almost perfect, needed post-production because the ring finger on the right hand was like twice as wide as it now.
What do you write in the prompt, AND the negative prompt, to get reasonably decent hands?
I'm using Anime Screencap or Anime as art styles, and I write "extra fingers" in the negative prompt.

The coolest (pun intended) thing I ever did with Iliira was all but solo a white dragon that was 5 CR ranks above her level.

Rogue (thief) + magic daggers + Lucky feat + just getting damn lucky with d20 rolls and the DM getting damn unlucky with his = one elf at 4 hp and one dragon at 0 hp.

Given that Iliira was a character I'd been waiting *sixteen Goddamn years to play*, the fact that I got to claim the mantle "dragonslayer" was fuck awesome.

tried Perchance for the beastwomen army. Does a mix of great, ok, and interesting.
The 4 corners here are Röst, the diplomat class. Middle is Minotaur, Centaurs, and 3 of the shamans. The minotaurs all turned out middling at best. This was the best. The centaurs are much much better than bing. Thoughts on these ones?

That's the great thing about stoic character designs.
They work great in their particular settings but also work amazing with humorous shticks as well.
That gen for example made me chuckle and all it really took was just a simple change in the usual pose and expression.
Say what you want about AI art in general, but it does really help with understanding the application of certain thematic aesthetics.

Depends really. I like keeping him static because that was sort of the point, focing Bing to mix prompts while maintaining as much integrity as possible, but there was always subtle changes that bled through which was kind of cool in it's own right. Like when I would use punk rock prompts to gen Raynesca & him, he would always get a little punk rock look too. But I'll also change parts of his outfit/look to make a joke or fit a theme or threadtask, & sometimes ill have him without his cloak because it looks better. I've put a festive christmas print on his cloak, I've had him wear a red 80's sportscoat, that sort of thing, I always keep the red color. And NO SHIRTS!

I stepped away from Bing quite some time ago and moved to perchance. I was starting to do this before the graphics update on perchance because I was getting good at using it and now I can make even better stuff on perchance. I personally find Bing is just to bare bones for me to use and I cant ignore the prompt box being stuck in that tiny size and no way to enlarge it in size. And on top of it I just cant stand the tiny prompt space allowed on Bing. I sometimes put in massive prompts on perchance to test its limits and man it really takes in a lot of words. plus Bing doesn't have many of the options that some of the generators on perchance offer. I can setup like 10 different things about a gen and haven't wrote a word yet in my prompt and that alone makes me use perchance the most.

I haven't updated it with more links but here's the perchance generator link list I wrote a few weeks back and shared for those that missed it. Some of those gens are quite decent at what they do and features they offer.
