I've been wanting to try Thromok goblins. Think it be kind of cool being able to go wide and overwhelm with an army of goblins or switch it up and devour the goblins for a single massive swing when needed. Devour x looks like it would get out of hand fast with enough goblins.

I don't think tokens are a very good strategy for Neriv. Not really sneak attack tribal when most of your creatures aren't even worth sneak attacking in. I was actually working on a Neriv deck myself going a completely different route running Lightning Skelemental, Blistering Firecat and some other Ball Lightning type creatures. My thought was I want to make the absolute most I can out of the double damage so I'm forgoing tokens entirely. As far as more thoughts on your deck I think Whip is a bad card, Pandemonium will bit you in the ass and I really think you're going on two directions with tokens stuff AND nontoken sneak attack threats. Pick one. Also more ramp and as always run Liquimetal Torque and Abrade/Shenanigans etc.

Initial, unsorted thoughts:

The main issue I'm seeing with this deck is that there's a very large number of "win more" cards like Zopandrel and Twinflame Tyrant. Your commander is already a doubler that's hard to remove so you should be looking for more big bodies to put down instead of things that make already big bodies larger. That will in-turn likely cascade (har har) outward to improving your green draw options to be online more consistently.
Also I feel you're overcounting your draw options by including MDFCs. Disciple of Freyalise for example is genuinely awful on its front side being 6 mana sorcery speed Momentous Fall, and just the draw is worth 2 mana with Life's Legacy. If you're playing OneBigBody.dek you have a very large assortment of draw options available that I'd recommend like Soul's Majesty, or Return of the Wildspeaker.
As a rule of thumb I'd only run 3-4 finisher/doubler-type cards at most because they're only good when you have advantage and are looking to close the game (at which point you should ideally have enough card advantage to find them fairly consistently).
Your ramp package is a bit underwhelming. You could probably invest a bit more in "play extra land" type cards such as Exploration or Sakura-Tribe Scout to both assist you in ramp for the whole game, and get excess lands out of your hand after an explosive draw turn. You're in green so there's no shortage of 1-drop ramp options.

If you like mobilize lean into it more and ditch the ball lightning/sneak attack stuff. Impact Tremors and the two BLB and MKM versions they printed. That also offers more synergy with ETB and blink stuff.

It's definitely fun but pretty fragile. Feldon is an obvious MVP combined with Fury or Skelemental Hungry for More is an interesting card I was considering, I cut Anathemancer but could see it putting in work. Callous Sell-Sword is another including I'm considering as a sneaky Fling like spell that actually works with Neriv. My group is pretty low power and I'm always trying to get them to play faster so we can get more games in a d this felt like a good fit for that. Plus I had a foil firecat from childhood wasting away in a binder.

He’s running Vivi and as a result uses spells like [[Big Score]] and [[Unexpected Windfall]] to generate treasures to cast multiple spells a turn and turn that into mana from ViVi’s ability so he can cast more spells to boost vivi’s power and ping us

My monoG stompy deck has 4 total dedicated finishers and two of them can be played without a body (the other two are Excalibur and Skullspore Nexus, which cost very little mana). Another comparison I'd use is Dragonborn Champion. Your commander doesn't really ask you to swing with a lot of bodies, but rather, one really big one. That lends itself more to cards like Hunter's Prowess or Hunter's Insight.

Ceremonial Knife requires combat damage, which is feasible but extremely slow. Kamber and Eulogist aren't artifact creatures, which isn't like a no-sell point or anything but also require me to consistently remove opposing creatures or face sacrifice/removal heavy decks. If anything they incentivize removing them and not removing anything else since I benefit from it. The only real direct creature removal I have are Armix, Walking Ballista (which come on I'm not using that to kill creatures lmao), Toxic Deluge, and Withering Torment. Anything that puts in non-basic lands should be b4, including fetches. Lands that produce two or more colors and can come in untapped should be 4. Dual or more lands that always come in tapped should be b3.

A big part of why this game is so fucking fast now is because dinks can run 3+ color slop piles with little issue due to how many fucking lands there are that effortlessly color fix, even if some of them come in tapped. Choosing to make decks with 3 or more colors should be a hard choice and come with some sort of trade off. Most mono/dual decks are not significantly faster than a 3 color to offset having less answers and strategies. Push 3+ color Commanders with greedy mana bases into B4 and a lot of problem decks instantly disappear from casual tables.

Personally I try my best not to remove other people's commanders because I know how frustrating that is, and even though I want to win obviously, and have a competitive game, I would rather remove their big threats.
