This is your main argument that you repeat across multiple threads. I’m no philosopher, but I read Plato’s Republic, where he made an argument about having to exile poets due to them propagating crime through fiction, regardless of how it’s portrayed. My counterargument was that they:
1) Provided an outlet for people to vent their frustrations;
2) Simulated an isolated case with the emotions associated with it.
People are capable of self-reflection. With an artistic work, they can easier understand themselves and the situations they’re in, as well as how other people would behave in their place. Plus, they would adapt to the emotions and desires they themselves felt and overcome them quicker in the future.

I personally did the first version in Delta Green, and I'm running the playtest for the book scenario in Delta Green again. Other systems I want to include specific advice for are WoD and GURPS but those are a while off for playtesting.

Since they were all generated with the maiden generator a posted a while ago here, I also had a moment to stop and think about the size of goblins; in the generator, the maximum height is elbow high, and the chance of getting the lowest, titled "very short" after "waist height", but half of the goblins I've generated have ended up being "Very short". If you use the elf on the left (after the ugly gobliness, who is "very short") as a reference for a human man (tall (female) elves being generally the same height as an average man), very short is minuscule.

Well this isn't so much for a campaign as it is just a story. An Elf heading out on her own from her village to go and do good deeds. Unfortunately for her, the Elves are secretive lot, and don't venture out too often. Humanity, Dwarves, and Gnomes aren't in a medieval era anymore, but early Industrial. Considering her village is high in the mountains, it makes sense they wouldn't have any contact with the rest of the region or continent. So, shes off on her own, trying to do good things according to the sermons she was taught, but finds she's rather inept or comes off as awkwardly autistic in that regard, annoying everyone.

EX: if a chracer has 3 arousal and rolls a 1 and a 6 on an attack then you can shove all 3 points into the 6
since it hasnt matched the number on the die both rolls are kept
which is nice since 1s and 6s are both types of successes
EX 2: still have 3 arousal but roll a 1 and a 3
ill put all 3 into the roll of 3
the 3 is eliminated but thats ok since a 3 is a non result anyway
EX 3: double 1s

the 1s both get exceeded, there isnty any way to juggle that arousal around here
so both are lost

in all three of these cases the character still has 3 arousal at the end of their turn
it isnt gone, its still hanging around being a nuisance till they can blow off some steam.

I like the concept I'm doing something similar for a solo game of mine. I think alot of what will make this work is her own attitude and outlook on life.

Some people might get annoyed when you don't know much of the social norms, but generally when they see you are willing and trying to understand them, they normally will be more understanding and try to explain, within reason of course.

If she's more haughty or high and mighty, then she'll be likely to alienate herself and annoy people future, so a fine balance will come from her raw charisma and her overall attitude to new situations that she's not familiar with. Hope that's food for thought!
