Mine went:

Turn 1: Tamiyo -> Crashing Rhinos
Turn 2: Pump spell -> Pump spell, swing
Turn 3: Pump spell -> Pump spell, swing

They were more or less dead if I were on the Play or if they played anything unoptimized for their free cascades. Deck had a mix of mostly pumps, some unsummons (in case opponent had Rhinos too) and some protections in case they left open black, blue or white mana. If they tapped out or didn't play significant blockers then it was pump town for me. Only thing better than Rhinos would be that Cultivator deck going first; Jace + Treasure Hunt + 98 Islands is fine too but is slower than other options and in case of a stray instant Jace destruction you lose

i'm trying to find it myself lol. i am also going dimir but found that it works nicely with Proft's Eidetic Memory to get a big vigilant flyer. The real answer is because of the daily design.
You need 15 wins to get the rewards and that's WINS, not matches.
If you lose you literally just wasted your time with no daily progress, which conditions people to avoid losing more heavily than they would otherwise.

When I first started playing brawl I had a shitty commander and I had never built a commander deck before so my deck was gigashit in terms of deck building and 90% of my opponents were also playing shit decks.

I'm kinda sad that commander strength is so over-proportional compared to certain bomb cards.
I wanted to build a Sphinx reanimator deck with Ravine as commander but there was just no way to get out of hell queue no matter how many mana drain, thought seize or other highly rated cards I cut.
At every point you get paired with Rusko or equal tiered stuff and you make cuts and adjustments until you end up with the same cards again in your deck as always.

How does yugioh get away with being eternal for decades, even with all it's powercreep, but magic eternal formats are giga cancer? Commander you need to find friends and agree to play decks that are shit because CEDH games are busted even with it's "singleton" format. Pioneer is just the same 2-3 decks dominating it forever and any added standard cards just make those decks better. Legacy/vintage/modern all garbage. Standard isn't played by anyone outside of arena though.

Lots of opaque game developers using that psychological manipulation bullshit in their games now, like Marvel Rivals

By a lot, like I said the collector's event was worth it even with a negative winrate, that's how insane it was. You could trophy less than 1/12 times and more than double your money(completely ignoring gem prizes). And because it was such insane value I imagine the competition was likely a lot softer than is typical of these and the casuals are going to be much less interested in the upcoming one.
I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of people get hosed though and receive the MSRP dollar amount instead of a collector's box. In which case the events are pretty similar.

The meta is slightly in flux now. Im also fairly new started mid tarkir. I found jump in fun and gives a bunch of cards. Try that for a bit. Starter duels are fun to. Due to the 5 colors there are barely any cards, if any, that are in every deck. Wildcards are the bottleneck. Even now I basically have only crafted like 2 decks, though I am f2p for the most poart. Not really. Magic has a color system, so you can't just jam whatever you want into any deck. The closest you get to must haves are good dual lands, but even then there's no point if you're not in those colors. There's obviously strong cards that will get used a lot in certain colors and archetypes, but there's rarely ever a card that shows up in everything. Plus we just had a huge ban wave a couple days ago, so things have yet to settle down.

I don't find green white to be good most of the time, but white was super open in this draft and I got esper origins P1P1 and P1P2. Even though this was the probably the best possible deck for actually casting the Crystal's Chosen, I was never able to cast it, I either won too fast, or on the game I lost I never got past 4 lands. I still think it was correct to include them, but it possibly should have been the T-rex + rescue mission, or even rescue mission + the 2nd snow to maximize the beatdown plan.

Three 0-3 in a row andd suddenly I am out gems to play limited. What an absolute shitshow of bad luck. I went second 7 out of 9 times, in that last draft I never got past my third land, one would think going second with 3 lands would be a keep.

I had a game where I killed a Vincent thrice (no recursion, 3 different copies), then I had a game where I was facing Kefka turn 4. I managed to stabilize and then on an empty hand he draws his 8th land, I block and I have bow and like 13 lands in play (15 cards remaining in my deck) so I can block forever. Alchemy should be a casual shitqueue in theory but the matchmaking algorithm makes it into the most horrific nightmare imaginable.
It tries to give you mirror matchups or counter matchups every time; mostly mirror matches.
It's the same shit from Standard unranked queue that quarantined all the mono red players against each other except it does it for archetypes in ranked here for whatever reason.

Most games will use a two part system, MMR in the background for actual matchmaking, and some sort of public facing rank so that people can show off their shiny icons instead of looking at a number. Sometimes devs will refer to the latter as MMR, because a large portion of their audience is retarded and doesn't understand the difference. Once you actually dig into how things work though, you see they never use the public rank for matchmaking, unlike MMR which literally stands for MatchMaking Rating. You can look at chess for an example of a game where they don't have a separate "rank" system, they use Elo rating directly.

They have since reneged on that. That's season 4, they've fucked with shit a lot in the past 10 years. Rank decay (applies only to super high ranks), seasonal rank reset and the seasonal MMR soft reset are separate things, the people doing the riot blogs are usually pretty autistic about this since they know tin foil hat people are going latch on to specific wording. But they deserve the crazies for not just having visible MMR like they used to.
