A curve of deathtoucher, Fynn then Delney is a turn 3 kill if not interrupted. (Deathtoucher swings on turn 2 = 2 counters. Fynn + Deathtoucher on turn 3 = 8 more counters with Delney doubling triggers = death.)

Delney Fynnfect feels awesome. Chevill for endless fuel. Fynn and Necrogen Rotpriest (Oh look Delney doubles its triggers too!) for fast kills. I honestly can't believe nobody has put these pieces together before. Delney is absolutely insane alongside Fynn.

The current removal package is probably not ideal, it's just for the most pressure. Center Soul both pushes through attacks, and is strong alongside Rotpriest with the Rebound.

It's definitely pushed, I'm not surprised they went out of their way to give it a completely new creature type so that it can't be used with humans, vampires, zombies, etc. Odd that it is an outlaw though. Normally I wouldn't think too much about a hasty 2/2 that comes back over and over again, and that's probably the conclusion WotC originally came to, but we're currently in a format where green is still mostly non-existent, so chucking the same dumb 2/2 at your opponent over and over again is probably dumb enough to work in monoblack and Rakdos.
