I don't think that's possible, since you need to setup a lot of stuff (your yard with 6 mana value, enemy yard with basic land, your battlefield with 5 lands on turn 5 and deadly coverup in hand). Jace turn 3 helps a lot by milling his shit and drawing you cards. So run four copies of Jace, four of deadly coverup and a lot of cheap card draw.

What are the best packs to buy now in terms of power and longevity?

Trad > Premier > Quick in terms of EV if you're good, but it's the opposite if you're bad. If you have little to no draft experience, you should do quick drafts since that'll get you the most games at the lowest price. Treat it more like practice than actually getting cards, chances are good that once you get past the free wins at bronze you'll be struggling.

I don't understand the land cutting thing, it was basically unheard of a decade or two ago when manasinks were hard to come by windmill slams and missing a land drop wasn't instant death. 41 special sometimes sure, but never 16 lands.
Now people want to cut lands from their decks with Joshua and half equipment creatures. I've introduced a couple people to the game, watch them draft, and without fail they always want to cut land and I don't even know where they're getting the idea from.

I played a 14 land deck in the DND set, it was the most disgusting. It was disgusting deck I ever made, my biggest creature costed 2 mana.

I had like 5 of pic related and a bunch of 1 an 2 mana artifacts plus free treasures. It felt unfair for my opponents.

One part is that cheap creatures are stronger nowadays, I think it was the latest Innistrad sets or somewhere around there where we regularly started getting 1 drops that were actually great in draft. Sets like LCI too, where you could have something like four 1 drops and be happy about it. So there's more cases where you can get away with a lower curve and thus fewer lands. The other part is that newbies love to cut lands because they find it hard to cut nonlands. This has been true since basically forever, I remember I had the thought when I started out too. Also in some sets there's a lot of support for fixing lands, like zendikar with the MDFCs or ones with landcycling, if you have a bunch of those cards you definitely want to go lower.

You will run into opponents playing literal starter decks even in events.
It's where people go who have no idea how to play the game or which game mode to choose.
You can be top 250 ranked in these formats and regularly get paired vs silver players in most of your ranked games. The favela child here claims he just concedes whenever he sees an opponent on a real deck to get back to matching vs new players.

The EV is bad, but it's the best way to practice draft on Arena. Premier only gets you half as many runs, and you don't get to take your time with drafting so you can't look stuff up or anything like that. Nobody should be playing it for actual returns, it's just the training wheels to move onto better stuff.

Whatever land type I'm missing is going to be the most common draw in my deck. If the game wants me to lose then it will deny me it and I will curse the game and my luck.
The bo1 hand smoother is like the game has already looked at multiple hands and done a free mulligan in your favour.

For general draft advice, there's way too much to cover in a single post. I'm not a huge fan of BREAD, quadrant theory is better imo: https://magic.wizards.com/en/news/feature/quadrant-theory-2014-08-20
That's a general card evaluation technique. But if you're just starting out you probably don't know shit, so you should use meta training wheels. Either install an overlay that can show you ratings directly in game, or refer to some stats based tier list like 17lands. You can look for guides on general draft deck composition, like 17ish creatures, a decent curve, etc. Don't forget you have to actually be able to play your deck well, but that can't really be taught.
For FF draft advice, UR is top tier but the format is relatively balanced so you're not going to be kneecapping yourself if you end up in different colors. Refer to aforementioned overlays or lists for individual card ratings. The format is pretty simple on mechanics, so it's more or less a test of your fundamentals. Though it's a bit on the slower side, aggro tends to rely on equipment or mage tokens or 4+ cost spells to accrue value, so you can afford to be slightly greedier.
For Arena draft advice, just play FF quick draft if it's up. Don't play premier and definitely don't play traditional. QD gets you the most runs for your gold and is the least punishing if you wipe out, you'll likely suck at the start so it's pretty much just for practice. Don't play old draft sets, you're far more likely to queue into a diehard drafter who grinds events 24/7 and knows every card in the format by hand.
