If you want a franchise to retain its distinct art style from the 80s, there needs to be a massive and systemic push for that otherwise it won't happen, water always flows downstream unless dammed. In the case of 40k the process has been gradual because despite whining and kvetching the vast majority of people dig the Catholic Space Nazis aesthetic, so despite a deliberate attempt by tourists to shitcolor and feminize everything 40k aesthetics are still in the 90s and early 2000s.
Unless we get a popular groundswell that can crush out faggotry entirely so that 40k can jump over the 00s gap of shitcolor and tranny nonsense into a new age of based, it is inevitable that itt will eventually fall, but it could take decades.
