Can Space Marines have Sex?
I don't recall any scenes I've read (so far) nor in the lore (so far), but with decades of writing, surely there is a canon answer?

in terms of their dicks being functional on paper yes, but in practice they are so heavily indoctrinated that most simply do not have a sex drive which when combined with them spending almost every waking hour either training, fighting, or some spiritual/chapter related duty it almost never happens, that being said we do have the space wolf (Logan the Trickster if I recall correctly) heavily implying he had sex with a rogue trader lady, but due to the fact his title is the trickster we can't know for sure how real it is, also you have the obvious emperors children shit

The Emperor's Gift seems to imply that most Marines (at least as far as the Grey Knight POV character is concerned) are not even remotely interested. Bjorn is apparently an exception:

The answer is Yes but also no.

Marines have all the necessary anatomy for sex to happen but the Space marine creation process has rendered them infertile. Most of them probably don't even know what sex is frankly.

Space marines don't really fuck because they're indoctrinated from a young age into it and probably don't get to experience a true sexual awakening unless they're already implanted with the organs at an older age. Some of the more zealous or bloodthirsty chapters probably forgot what sex was.
Probably not unheard of in chaos space marines but some emperor's children interactions certainly implies it

They can't reproduce without modification or mutation, we know that much, both rulebooks in horus heresy and Bile in novels notes it.

Sex, they probably can't do it without those moddifications as they are in effect chemically castrated, but if modified, they could do it.

Most of them get borderline sexual gratification from combat and half of their astartes anatomy are hormonal organs that activate in high stress scenarios. Even if they could have sex it would unlikely be as exciting as being knee deep in the intestines of a tyranid warrior while screaming bloody murder. Slaanesh even gets half of it's renegade marines from the same pot of recruits that Khorne draws from with marines who are particulary more murderboner hungry than the average assault squad. The tendencys are there to be drawn from.
