Is it possible to give a creature first strike after first strike damage has happened so that it doesn't deal damage during the regular damage phase? If so, is there any way to do this on arena if there aren't any first/double strike creatures already involved in combat?

I JUST finished my mastery pass with 2 more days left on it. I know I missed like 5-10 levels when I was moving but fuck next mastery is 20 extra levels and only 1 extra week? its a display glitch and incredibly fucking game ruining if you don't know exactly what it is and what to do

Here's my situation
I spend all my mana to cheat out omniscience. In hand I have portent of calamity, 2x counterspells and 2x removal spells. I can deal with anything the opponent does on their turn, but I can't win until I cast portent x=6 and draw a whole shit ton of cards next turn
I pass, opponent tries to do stuff, I interact
my turn

click portent in my hand
ONLY option to cast it, immediately triggered upon selecting it, is "cast it for free with omniscience, x=0"
no possible way to cast it for its normal cost

You HAVE to put on full priority just to be able to cast the fucking spell at all. When you put on full priority it gives you the two options.

The graveyard gifts deck not having a card that lets you either win the game when you draw with 0 cards in deck or lets you live if you draw with 0 is criminal. Rise of the Dark realms was in my bottom 5 cards and there is no way to shuffle this deck either, literal dead card and I was playing against a lifegain nignog. The starter decks are so dogshit, I'm so fucking tired of grinding dailies with these pieces of shit.

I have hand of 4x lands, 2x carnosaur, molten duplication, on the draw
opponent is turn 1 swamp duress on the play, uses an entire rope to read all my cards before taking the only possible option
turn 2 deep bat takes a carnosaur
I saucer treasure ramp

its turn 4, he has 5 unknown cards in hand and 4 swamps, clearly has a removal spell because he has to pass on my turn with his mana open and bat as a target
he can see that I can cast carnosaur
he taps out, plays bloodletter, attacks for 2

Would he be good in current Standard? I love this card but wasn’t around when it was in Standard. I wish they’d make it standard legal and I doubt it would even be that good

Pre-ban wave, Oko and JTMS would have both been unplayable. Everything is too fast, and their modes stack up poorly against the meta. Prongify would be horrible against the heartfire and cutter decks. Jace bounce similarly bad, basically he'd come down for 4, kill one token, then die
