I have been fucking around with pre-M15 modern Wizard's Tower with simple mechanics, no tokens, counters, walkers etc., and power level around 2010-era.

I made my cube over covid. I'm keeping it pre-2019, since I think that was a significant shift in card design. I drafted a lot in the late aughts to early 2010s (including cubing), and this still has that feel
I may at some point expand it to 540, but that would be a lot to do.

There are 5 role cards (1 Monarch, 2 Assassins, 1 Knight, and 1 Rogue). Before drafting you are assigned a role at random. After drafting the Monarch is revealed and all other roles remain hidden.
I've got a normal cube designed to simulate a draft experience that is also pretty fun but I spent a lot of time on this one and I want to see how it works.
