even the specific city of sigmar from which this character hails has a portal in the middle of it that causes the city to span across 2 planets simultaneously, as well as cities of sigmar overall having major themes of melting pot people coming together and diversity of races, despite old world needing to steal its model ranges back, but that is a corporate meta level non narrative problem that is manifesting itself in missing models that are, as far as the setting is concerned, still there.

trying to appeal to "but there were no black guys on the throne of england" is a fundamentally nonsensical argument given how separated age of sigmar is from anything resembling a historically accurate depiction of real world people or places.
