Would you game with a rapist?
I've been gaming with a group since the start of the year and things have been going great. It's the first proper campaign I've ever been in and we've all been having a lot of fun, or at least I have been and I assume everyone else is to.
Anyway, some of us have been hanging out outside the game, playing boardgames on non-rpg nights, meeting up at the uni bar (not American obviously) for lunch, stuff like that.
One of the other players held a party a while ago. One of the girls in the group had a couple of drinks and she seemed vulnerable so I offered to drive her home, instead the player who threw the party offered to let her sleep on the couch. I thought this seemed like a bad idea but she wouldn't listen. At the next session we found out they'd started dating (which pissed me off a bit since I was going to ask her out soon but whatever).
Obviously they started "dating" that night but I only found out recently it started with him raping her. And not, like, they fucked and then afterwards she changed her mind or she decided she was drunk or something. We were all chatting before a session the other day and he openly admitted she said "no" and that he slapped her and said "I'm going to fuck you now, if you want to call the police afterwards that's up to you". Like, what the fuck? I bet if I even held a hug too long she'd call the police but because he's tall and has blue eyes he can do whatever he wants?
Nobody else in the group seems to care.
She's dating him and even kissed his hand after he told us what happened. I tried to get her to go to the police but she just said I was being creepy about it.
The GM has been friends with the guy since they were kids and said he'd kick everyone else in the group before he kicked his friend.
The other players seem to think that if she doesn't have a problem with it then why should they.
The police don't seem interested if she's not going to file a report.
So what do I do /tg/? What would you do?
