The amount of times I've gotten away with bullshit jsut because I look like a good person is surreal, really. I don't mean atractive to women (tho milfs and older ladies always lvoed me and I noticed this all the way back in highschool), but that I look like the kind of guy who could do no harm and is well mannered. Noticed preferential threatment in many workplaces or stores I've gone, aswell as seen firsthand how simply being an atractive women will open you many doors.
I interpret Charisma as the "aura" or pressence you have, the ego in a sense, for both having it so high due being dumb but atractive you believe you're too good to be fucked with, or being actually smart, strong and resourceful to the point you can't be messed with.

The picture does not contradict your statement, if anything it is agreeing with it. A depressed person is fucked up inside, but not with malice. They're not in a healthy state of mind, and that will eventually reflect on the body unless they have a strong discipline and routine, but that's also one of the first things depression can get rid of. A depressed person will eventually look like shit, which will makes those not aware of how the "true" person is like avoid and dislike said person.
