Charisma/charm is linked to appearance for 99% of people. If you're good looking, kids in your class in school will be nicer to you and invite you to do stuff which will give you more practice socializing. So you'll go into middle school with enough friends that bullies won't mess with you and learn about female psychology which will help you in high school and college. If you exercise and take care of your body you'll have better pheromones, smell better, have a positive vibe, and you'll meet tons of women in the gym/park/quad which will boost your confidence which will also help with your career etc. It's a perpetual motion machine.

Ugly guys who have a weird sociopathic charm(Charles Manson), great sense of humor(Pete Davidson), tons of money to attract women(Trump), or seemingly supernatural power(Rasputin) are very rare. As outliers their abilities should be reflected with feats/advantages or magic powers in-game.

Yeah, which is why it has no place in games that have consistently measurable parameters. Same as why "intelligence" and "wisdom" are abstracted into the things the character can do, and not just "+bonus to thing your daddy DM is going to bullshit anyway".

I also have agility in my games, not dexterity, because agility is a more apt term than something relating specifically to the hands being the reflexive catch-all.

Make your own game instead of hinging on bullshit narrative systems.

Looks do help with charm/charisma. I would say it can open the door however keeping people looking and listen requires a bit more. The classic "Tits and Ass opens the door, but your words and actions are what keep the door open, and might open it faster and better than your looks."

No, I’m autistic. I’ve read the definition but I don’t actually understand what it means.

Equating charisma to looks might make sense when dealing with humans with other humans but it falls apart when you have to give a score to the masterfully deceptive bone monster. There’s no reason a dragon or floating eyeball should adhere to the same beauty standards as a human. Even among humans in the real world different cultures can have very different beauty standards. In America having a bit of a tan is seen as attractive but the pale skin that might look sickly to an American will be beautiful to a Japanese. Dwarves might prize women with beards while humans find them abhorrent.

The amount of times I've gotten away with bullshit jsut because I look like a good person is surreal, really. I don't mean atractive to women (tho milfs and older ladies always lvoed me and I noticed this all the way back in highschool), but that I look like the kind of guy who could do no harm and is well mannered. Noticed preferential threatment in many workplaces or stores I've gone, aswell as seen firsthand how simply being an atractive women will open you many doors.
I interpret Charisma as the "aura" or pressence you have, the ego in a sense, for both having it so high due being dumb but atractive you believe you're too good to be fucked with, or being actually smart, strong and resourceful to the point you can't be messed with.

They're not in a healthy state of mind, and that will eventually reflect on the body unless they have a strong discipline and routine, but that's also one of the first things depression can get rid of.
