Looking at the kickstarter itself... product already made by a professional artist (who?) and with multiple merch deals or whatever already available (shirts).
Seems more like a full time job than something a child could have made.

The entire marketing and online presence for this game seems to be built around the idea that it's massive successful and popular and great and makes a ton of money, but I don't really see how that's even remotely true. The game is too cheap to really be making any money and its not really well designed enough to be worth talking about.

I mean, it's easier these days, but back in the day having a name that was too long could genuinely cause you problems. I had to, when I turned 18, basically write a bunch of letters to get a bunch of documents to all agree on what my name legally is due to the fact that different forms had different character lengths.

This is actually the first time a thread here has been so nauseating that there isn't much point parodying you or getting angry with you.

I'm starting to think there is some kind of weird "deconstruct analogue hobbies" agenda that goes beyond culture war and your Pavlovian training to be constantly engaged and reacting to things. You're doing some kind of Entity's work and I normally don't believe in that kind of thing.

Yeah, I would probably suggest some deep self reflection about how you can make your life better and better relate to others because you're upset that a kid lucked out, and perhaps with a little supervision and stage managing managed to crystallise an idea into something other people can buy. He would have learned something doing this, I can't help but smile thinking when you're that age, cutting out card and doodling with pencils it's perfectly reasonable to think your invention might make you rich and famous.

here is a AI pitch for the potential investors that might like it:

Meet Julius — a spirited kid born without magic but fueled by determination and a dream to wield incredible power. To afford a cursed artifact from the black market, Julius takes on odd jobs around his neighborhood, earning his way step by step.

One day, he crosses paths with Major — a grumpy, battle-scarred wizard living in a dusty, cluttered hut. Their unlikely friendship begins as Julius helps Major tend his garden and clean his cluttered home. Over cups of tea and shared stories, Julius learns of Major’s tumultuous past — a war-torn sorcerer haunted by his own mistakes.

Desperate for power, Julius’s curiosity leads him to a forbidden blue pendant locked behind glass. When he attempts to steal it, a burst of dark magic erupts, and Major leaps into action — risking his own soul to save Julius. In that pivotal moment, Julius absorbs raw magical energy, awakening his own latent powers — but at a cost: he becomes both blessed and cursed, haunted by Major’s sarcastic ghostly presence.

Now, Julius must navigate a dangerous magical world, guided by the wisecracking spirit who becomes his mentor. Together, they face looming villains, hidden threats, and the ultimate moral dilemma: risk losing his newfound magic to free Major from his crystal prison — or harness his power for personal gain.

Are you ready to unlock your potential? Dive into the adventure of "Chimera Crucible" — where heroes are forged in the crucible of challenge.

Setting: At Concordia Academia for the Arcane and Occult, young wizards and witches duel with magical creatures, spells, and artifacts to earn academic recognition and fame. These thrilling duels test strategy, skill, and cunning in a magical tournament-style competition.

Loser's Club
- Julius “Jules“ van der Struik - the hero of the story - uses fusion monsters - prominent blue crystal pendant, a cursed artefact housing a mentor spirit
- Joshua Thistle - the school delinquent and brawler - tries to be better himself.
- Monika "Mona" Lynggaard - ace student, but lost her drive because of bullying. punkish, leather jacket.
- Nina “Nightshade“ La Morella - too cool for school goth that skips classes often - goth lolita.
- Louis Periwinkle - classic nerd with glasses that gets picked on by girls. small and lanky, stuttering voice.
- Florentin Lange - a big boy who loves to nap and feast on chocolate. does not like fighting, loves animals and nature.

Elite 5
- Siegfried Schwarzwald - the leader and self proclaimed king of the school. has the strongest card (Golden Nova Dragon) in the whole school. Seeks a true challanger.
- Anastasia Schwarzwald - sister to siegfried, his most trust confidant. a snake tounged gossip queen. likes valkyries and golden knights. Seeks recognition.
- Richard "Rich" Naphtali Goldblatt - rich kid. uses weapon support cards and sword fighting monsters. Potential rat and backstabber.
- Ivan Perovskia - a thief and information expert - knows your secrets and strategies. control deck with discards and stealing monsters.
- William Barlow - the muscle of the group - uses high defense monsters that shield him from attacks.

Real villians:
- Anti-Magic League, A homage to ancient "Witch Hunting" and the Dungeon & Dragons "Satanic Panic"scandal in the 80s
- Jericho, a vampiristic soul reaver that travels from town to town. His source of power is a red crystal, similar to Julius' blue counterpart
- Pandora, a ancient greece priestess that once fried monsters, evil spirits and dark curses from a locked box. Now a corrupted goddess preying on duelists.
- Dexter, a intelligent inventor, who mass produces green crystals after witnessing the blue and red pendants in action.

(could write a whole story)
