Recovery 3 - I feel like ability to restore limbs is essential
Speed 2 - can sacrifice a point here because peak human spead is still fucking huge

Shapechanging 2 - swarm of bats in particular is very convenient
Feeding Amount 2 - feed once every 5 days without killing, much better than waking up every evening and needing a drink

Sunlight Weakness 2 - a few minutes to disintegration still allow to survive in dire circumstances
Siring Strength 3 - being able to produce vampires with less stats (preferably physical) is particularly useful here so that your kids won't murder you in your sleep. It doesn't say whether reduced stats are chosen or random however
Minions 3 - being able to manipulate people without making them retarded allows to make the whole shadow society of vampires thing real and manipulate empires from the shadows
Stakes 1 - well, you have to sacrifice something, might as well be able to kill vampires with stakes

Weaknesses
Garlic -1 - just don't drink blood of people who use garlic?
Holy Water -1 - just don't get near it?
Crosses -1 - just shoot them?
UV -1 - who cares? It only weakens this build anyway.
Threshold -1 - just use charm or, I dunno, manipulate a mayor of the city so he'll send the cops to drag the guy out of the house.

Mostly I'll be letting the Romans do the dirty work. Barring Providence (which if fully active is unbeatable anyway) 33AD is as fragile as things will get, the apocalyptic preacher is slain prematurely and the generation who were told to expect Judgement are reflavouring the Kingdom of God as something eternal / immaterial rather than something soon to rise from the world's ashes. Shape and charm let me insinuate myself into all corridoors of power while Siring lets me outright seize control of a few.

I made an effort to do it on cheat difficulty and the balance is really awful even when you have a lot of points. No, on a more serious note. I'll write you a short summary report about the main focus ane mechanics of Mage. It's a CYOA with emphasis on climbing a long tower walked by other mages in a naturally advancing fantasy world. I like to believe it's something a lot of Anons can come to enjoy even if they do not aim to obtain the color rank of White.

From Kashtanka, we learn that the elves and their continent got nuked due to Keter, for example. There's also the one king with all-glimpse who got stabbed in the back by Keter and company. I don't know why you want 10 Wealth, I think the options that cost Wealth for others stats are worth it, less gold in your vault and more in your land.
You could drop one or both of Economist and Arcane Nexus if you only want the stats boost, and in Kingdom take some of No Mercy, Education, Heavy Armor and/or Guard Patrols. That shouldn't bring you below 2 Wealth so no one is starving and it would really boost your Military, Order and Approval.
