Well sure, everything might happen. Thats why i provide the dm with a number of random background npcs with like a line or two of information. If he feels like weaving them in, great. If not, also ok. Im free to be suprised

So the solution is the same. Ban the spammer. Mods can exclude an image by its hash too so I'm not sure why they don't do that with his entire library, since he always uses the same files every time.
